Ventilating with a system

Ventilating using technology

In the past decades the standard of living has improved. Modern heating installations, heating saving measures and automatic ventilation systems have contributed towards the current standards. While the effectiveness of free ventilation depends on the weather conditions, the automatic ventilation systems regulate the air flow at the push of a button delivering a breath of fresh air.

Good ventilation systems are almost invisible and offer many advantages:
  • they keep the air flow in balance without our manual input
  • they minimise noise and air pollution caused by traffic
  • they contribute towards minimising the burglary attempts
  • they save much valued heating energy and avoid permanent opening of windows
  • they can be easily connected with night vent concepts and motorised window systems.

In the rule there are two ventilation techniques:
  • de-central ventilation – where single rooms can be aired. The vents are installed on the outside wall next to the window, in the window sill area. In most cases these are air supply and extraction fans, generally equipped with heat recovery system. The ventilation can be gradually adjusted to the use of the room
  • with extractor or air exhaust systems – where a vent sucks the air out from the heavily polluted areas and through a channel blows it outside.
