The AEROVITAL wall mounted ventilator is the optimum fresh air solution for people allergic to pollen. With the aid of a special filter, it removes impurities, such as pollen and fine dust particles, from the incoming air. The recirculation function for cleaning room air and an integrated heat exchanger make the compact ventilator particularly environmentally friendly in the cool season. The heat exchanger alone provides heat recovery of up to 50 percent in ventilation mode. Thanks to its low noise level, the easy-to-maintain ventilator is an excellent choice for bedrooms and living rooms.

The slim, shapely design of AEROPAC won the “Plus X Award.” This powerful wall mounted ventilator offers the greatest in performance and operating convenience and is considered a specialist for noisy environments. The easy-to-use multifunctional display makes it simple to adjust all the functions and offers the highest level of convenience and ease of operation. The AEROMAT ventilator series from SIEGENIA-AUBI offers an extensive range of innovative devices for installation in or around windows and thus brings fresh air into residential and commercial properties. Modular design makes it possible to provide flexible, customized solutions – from nearly invisible window seat ventilators to high-end devices with on-demand ventilation and versatile energy-saving functions. Thanks to the minimum assembly effort, the ventilators can also be installed as retrofits in just a short time. For noticeable energy savings, the powerful window ventilators are also optionally available with heating registers or heat recovery function. If desired, the AEROMAT window ventilators can also be combined into intelligent air supply and exhaust concepts – for example, via the AERONET apartment ventilation system from SIEGENIA-AUBI.

Automatic Control of Room Air Quality
The quality of room air is a decisive factor in how well the residents of a building feel. As a rule, when the human body begins to react to poor room air, the recommended threshold values have long since been exceeded. The SENSOAIR air quality sensor creates the prerequisites for a building ventilation system that meets demands. It reacts to the CO2 content of a room and also detects other pollutants, such as nicotine and smoke, as well as moisture from perspiration and respiration. As the centerpiece of a comprehensive ventilation concept, the SENSOAIR handles all central control functions: As needed, it activates wall and window ventilators and controls the connected windows via motorized drive mechanisms.

Aesthetics and Living Comfort in Harmony
For the prestige and value of a property, the appearance of the windows is just as decisive as their functionality and their ease of use. For demanding tastes, therefore, a fully automated control system is often already considered the standard. The completely concealed Axxent Motion drive mechanism creates an ideal combination of aesthetically high-quality building facades and enhanced living comfort. At the push of a button, it locks and unlocks various window systems, tilts windows, and, with the aid of a special chain system, can even crank open windows to 90 degrees.

MHS400: Effortlessly Open Large Sashes
Large lift-slide elements provide striking optical accents and improve people’s quality of living and life. This is especially true when they open and close fully automatically. The MHS400 motorized lift-slide system from SIEGENIA-AUBI quickly and quietly controls window giants weighing up to 400 kg, and is the only one of its kind that is also available for dual-sash windows. The other advantages of the MHS400 include a modern, understated design, timeable gap ventilation control, and programmable opening widths.

Open Hard-to-Reach Windows at the Push of a Button
Unexcelled convenience is also offered by the MH10 motor handle. It opens and closes windows at the push of a button. Thanks to its remote control feature, it is ideal for hard-to-reach windows and skylights. It offers not only appealing, compact design but also fast running speed and quiet operation. If desired, the automatic 10-minute ventilation feature provides a good room climate.

Safety by Remote Control
With Genius, the locking and unlocking of building entry doors will be as convenient as it is secure: The mechatronic multi-locking system from KFV, a subsidiary of SIEGENIA-AUBI, bars the door to burglars in the truest sense of the word, and can be operated conveniently by remote control. Its bolt and bolt-swivel-hook locking mechanism provides effective protection for any entry door. Creating more security also means creating more living comfort, because the mechanism pulls the door so tightly against the frame that it achieves an optimum seal. The results: no drafts, reduced heating costs, and outstanding soundproofing. Genius works by radio, transponder, or infrared – depending on individual needs. It is even possible to open and lock it by fingerprint.
