Strategic purchaseThe process “Strategic purchase” concentrates on maintaining good relationships with our suppliers and achieving a mutually beneficial partnership.
We are in close contact with our existing suppliers, discussing our processes and encouraging them to come forward with improvement suggestions for our products and processes. We are also interested in finding new partnerships to extend and strengthen our international presence.
Quality and environmental managementAchieving high quality through our company processes is of prime importance which is demonstrated in the amount of external tests that our products undergo. Both internal and external monitors and our “Quality and Environmental management” process ensure constant high standards.
Through the independent and objective examination of our work procedures, products and services, this process contributes to minimisation of risks and ultimately the effective implementation of improvements.
IT-ServiceComplex administration and production processes cannot function without modern computer applications. At SIEGENIA-AUBI, a reliable IT Support is therefore even more important as it ensures efficient and economic run of our whole system.
By providing competent IT support, the “IT-Service” process creates a base for all other processes. Beside analysis and resolving problems of single users, the service includes constant improvement of existing users and systems, allowing us to fully concentrate on the specific requests of our customers.
Customer claim processingWe aim to make our customers happy. When it comes to claims we ensure that a smooth and fast process is part of our service.
The “claims processing” process includes much more then dealing with returned goods. Here we apply measures that help to eliminate any errors. This is carried out in close collaboration with our Quality and Environmental management where we check if the actual measures deliver the desired effect.
Brand and patent protectionMany ground-breaking ideas and innovative products available on the market for modern window hardware today originate from SIEGENIA-AUBI. We therefore see it is imperative to secure our intellectual property and sales rights.
This belongs to the tasks of “Brand and patent protection” process. It secures safe keeping of our own ideas and protects from infringement of industrial property rights, allowing access to important information and actively supporting development of new products by SIEGENIA-AUBI.
Product calculationOptimisation of the efficiency and economy of our products – this is the main aim of our “Product calculation” process. Based on the direct cost, the product calculation influences our balance sheet and is the most important financial fundamental for any other sales calculation and costing.
Central servicesBehind the “Central services” process we hide our “secret helpers” of SIEGENIA-AUBI. They pick up on our colleagues and customer expectations and support the smooth application of company processes through a multitude of services that allow for effective and quality conscious work.
Brand buildingA good brand is not built solely on a good product. We therefore work towards maintaining the internationally recognised SIEGENIA-AUBI brand as well as raising awareness of products.
Our corporate image is projected to our employees and partners in fabrication, distribution and the home building sector as well as to the end user. We promote the brand through a range of marketing methods including media relations, targeted advertising and exhibitions as well as providing corporate and product information for employee and customer newsletters.
Winning and retaining personnelA company is only ever as good as its employees and their interest in the firm. With the “Winning and retaining personnel” process we endeavour to recruit competent and committed employees for SIEGENIA-AUBI and to retain staff as long as possible.
We have created an employee framework to help keep them motivated and interested in their roles and in the business. We issue an employee questionnaire to monitor job satisfaction amongst internal employees, the outcomes of which are then considered as part of our improvement programme.
